With almost 100 years of combined building experience, our Team Members can take your project from start to finish.  This capability offers peace of mind to our clients, as they know that should the need arise, there are other team members who can complete their project.

Chris Thompson is the president of the company.  Chris has been in the construction industry for approximately 12 years.  Chris handles estimating, bidding and scheduling of projects and manpower. He is a lifelong resident of Loudon County.  In his spare time, Chris enjoys going to watch college football.  Go Vols!!

Chris Collins (CC) is our project supervisor.  He has 12 years of experience in the homebuilding industry with special skills in framing, roofing, decks, sunrooms and siding,   CC is also a lifelong resident of the area.

Jacqueline Trice is our Office Manager.  She handles contracts, client coordination, accounts payables and receivables, scheduling, advertising, marketing, ordering of materials, etc.  Jacqueline has been an invaluable member of our company since its' inception in 2007.  She comes to us from Florida, but is a Tennesseean by choice !

Jeffery Bales - Carpenter, 20 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in framing.

Jason Trice - Carpenter, 3 years of experience with framing, roofing, decks, docks and boathouses specializing in painting.

Rick Kirkland - Carpenter, 22 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in hardwood and laminate flooring installation and refinishing, and electrical work.

Joseph Trice - Carpenter, 25 years experience in the homebuilding industry specializing in custom tile installation and plumbing.
